The practices offered may have a more structural focus when appropriate or may have a more meditative or stress managment theme and focus depending on the students needs and goals.

Follow up appointments help the student progress and develop their home Yoga practice. Yoga classes include mindful movements, synchronized movement with breath, and meditation customized to the individual. Clients often study Yoga once a week or once a month with Chris initially and then later may check in as needed. Once learned, these practices can be taken with you anywhere, and can form an integral part of ones daily health and wellness program and can help one let go of old patterns and develop new health ones.
