Tah Groen has been on her incredible profound journey of sharing health and healing since 1997. She’s an eclectic mix of ethnicity–half Indonesian/Dutch and half Irish/Ukrainian–and likes to think that this diverse genetic heritage has brought a unique skill set that adds a special flare to her passion. She started on this journey during a time of great transition in her life; a divorce that left her with two young daughters and very little else. She crossed paths with an incredibly strong woman with a high level of intuition that, at the time, she could only dream of. What struck her most, and continues to be a driver for her to this day, was one fundamental question she asked:
Why limit yourself?
Tah took this question and embraced it with all she had. She learned and grew through the next few years, focusing entirely holistic healing, mediation and yoga therapy. She began to understand her deep sensitivity to the esoteric nature of being; sensing through dreams and emotions, using her intuition as a guiding tool to help her understand and learn. This knowledge and 20 years of experience molded her to be an exceptional leader in the holistic health care arena continually developing new and innovative ways to teach and serve communities with health and wellness. She works with local yoga/fitness studios and corporate entities to development custom programs in the form of video and written content as well as onsite training programs.
In 2016 Tah created a 200-hour yoga teacher training program. Her Healing Touch Vinyasa Training Program focuses on hands-on healing techniques, energy healing, meditation, yoga asana and yoga philosophy. Now in its 3rd year and registered with Yoga Alliance, it is steadily becoming a resource for new yoga instructors and individuals that seek to understand themselves at a deeper, more conscious level.
To compliment the yoga teacher training program she launched Breath to Success Membership: an online teaching platform in the form of monthly membership that gives individuals access to an extensive wealth of yoga course content, training and insights. She shares her key discoveries to our emotional well-being; not a fixed and constant state but something that is actively worked on daily. As it grows from its initial stages, the intent is that it represents, globally, our individual ability to understand our own healing skills, methods to reach peace and most importantly, to know that there are no limits to what we can achieve.
My personal approach is always to help people shift thoughts and habits, to empower movement and to generate healing energy in the mind, body and soul. The intention daily is to “Live Your Best Life.” I am here to help you remove your limitations and embrace your best life, I hope you join me.
