8 – 10 p.m.   Guided meditation and restorative yoga, savasana w/Arati (possible Thai partner work)
10 p.m.   Silence, bedtime (no computers or phones)

Saturday, March 16, 2019

6:00 a.m.: Wake up, breathing, agni sar, pranayama, oil pulling, lemon water
7:00 – 8:30 a.m.: Yoga w/Tah
9:00 a.m.: Kitchari breakfast
10:00 a.m.: Ayurveda workshop w/Arati
Noon: Kitchari lunch
Hike!
2:00 – 4:00 p.m.: Journaling w/Tah (optional)
4:00 – 6:00 p.m.: Yoga w/Arati
6:00 p.m.: Kitchari dinner
Personal time
7:00 – 8:00 p.m.: Thai massage partner work 1 hour
8:00 – 9:00 p.m.: Human Design w/Tah
10:00 p.m.: Silence, bedtime  (No computers or phones)
